Who we are
Simply Closed provides real estate transaction coordination services to agents, teams and brokerages in the United States. You can reach us at hello@simplyclosed.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, brokerage, the states you work in and your service requirements — when you request a quote, book a call or become a client.
In delivering coordination services we necessarily process transaction documents that contain personal information about the parties to a real estate transaction, including buyers, sellers, and third parties such as lenders, title and escrow officers, attorneys and inspectors. We process this information solely to perform the coordination service you have engaged us for.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit this site, including IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed.

AI processing
Transaction documents are processed by our AI technology partner, ReBillion, to extract transaction data, build timelines and validate file completeness. This processing occurs solely to deliver your transaction coordination service. Your documents and client data are not sold, are not shared outside your transaction, and are not used to train publicly available AI models.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to perform the service: with parties to your transaction (as you direct), with your brokerage for compliance submission, and with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable state real estate record-keeping rules and your brokerage's policy, and then deleted. [Confirm your retention period with counsel.]
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to personnel working on your transactions.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing.
